Welcome to the Rio Verde Vista HOA website.

The Rio Verde Vista neighborhood encompasses 58 homes situated in the foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains just north of the Rillito River in Tucson, Arizona. Close to the city, yet out in the desert, wildlife and native plants characterize this eclectic and interesting neighborhood. We urge you to get involved in your neighborhood and help make it an even better place to live!

Please note there are separate HOA’s for what is known as Rio Verde Vista. This HOA includes the 58 homes that reside on the streets of N. San Sebastián, Calle Aqua Verde, E Calle Ojos Verde, and a small selection of River Road (All on the southside of River Road). The other Rio Verde Vista neighborhoods are Rio Verde Vista II and III. We don’t have contact information for those HOA’s. We suggest contacting Broadway Realty and Trust, (520) 747-5700, and ask for Jeff Cesare. He will be able to give you HOA information for the other neighborhoods.
